About Me

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a graduate of Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education & Counseling specializing in Child & Adolescent, Ecotherapy, and Eating Disorders.  I currently have a private practice in The East Burnside Wellness Center in Portland, Oregon where I creatively find ways to help children, adults, and families strengthen relationships, increase self awareness, and uncover and celebrate inner strengths. My areas of therapeutic interest include; anxiety, ecoanxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship issues, divorce, grief and loss, eating disorders, chronic illness, self image, life transitions, and compassion fatigue for helping professionals.

I have presented to a wide range of individuals on topics including; emotional support and self esteem for individuals with alopecia, parenting strategies and strengthening family relations, gluten-free diets and celiacs disease, and academic strategies to help students achieve academic success.  I look forward to working with you and helping you take that first step.
